One Cotroceni Park obtains the building permit for the residential component
One United Properties company obtained the building permit for the residential component of the One Cotroceni Park project, a real estate project with a mixed function, currently under development on the site of the former Ventilatorul platform.
The residential component of the One Cotroceni Park project provides over 850 homes with modern design, arranged on 11 floors and technical floor, to be developed in several phases.
One Cotroceni Park is one of the innovative projects of One United Properties and the largest urban regeneration project in Bucharest, which rewrites the urban landscape of the Cotroceni neighborhood, bringing value to the area and the community.

For the first time for a project signed by One United Properties, One Cotroceni Park will be directly connected to the future Academia Militară subway station through an underground passage, offering a high level of comfort to employees and future residents. Moreover, the buildings will offer a panoramic view over the Cotroceni Palace, the Botanical Garden or the Parliament Palace. The map of Bucharest thus outlines a new point of interest with multiple benefits, which will focus around a real community, with access to living, working and relaxing spaces and which will redefine the classic real estate developments.

The first phase of the 43,000 sq m office project is to be delivered by the end of this year and is already 72% pre-leased.
