Located on 25 Navigatorilor Street, the One Peninsula complex enjoys all the advantages of the Floreasca neighborhood, offering residents beautiful views over Lake Floreasca, but also the peace and privacy specific to areas outside the cities, right in the heart of the Capital.

The construction of the One Peninsula complex, designed by the architecture offices X Architecture & Engineering in Romania and Bobotis + Bobotis Architects in Greece, began in August 2020, with the obtaining of the building permit, and currently the works have reached ground level. At the same time, the complex is already sold at a rate of over 40%.

The heating by heat pumps with geothermal source that benefits One Peninsula is made by the execution of 270 wells drilled at 120 m linear depth, which use the heat exchange with the ground to generate the energy needed to obtain the coolant and heating agent. This system will offer multiple advantages to those who will live there: total autonomy of heat in winter and autonomy on refrigerant for air conditioning in summer, as well as reduction of annual heating and cooling costs by 50% compared to conventional solutions.

„One Peninsula is from many points of view a unique and reference development for the residential market in Romania and we are glad that every year we can innovate through the projects we build. As proof, the concept from which this new development starts is the shaping of an exclusive lifestyle for residents, who will feel that they live in a quiet place, intimate away from the city, only they will enjoy all this even in the residential center of Bucharest. At the same time, out of our constant concern for innovation and care for future residents, we are developing this project using heat pumps with a geothermal source, which involves an investment of 4 million euros. However, the advantages of this system are significant, because it offers autonomy in winter and summer, reducing at the same time the annual heating and cooling bill of the house by 50% throughout the life of the house", says Beatrice Dumitrașcu, VP Residential Division One United Properties.

The plan to create an exclusive, secluded and quiet space also includes the facilities that the developer will implement in this residential club: 2,500 sqm of spectacular contemporary design including a semi-Olympic swimming pool, pilates, brasserie, gym, golf room and others, all adapted to the requirements of the community. At the same time, for an increased degree of privacy and tranquility, the access to the complex will be pedestrian, the cars being directed exclusively in the underground parking.
