One United Properties, one of the most important developers in the real estate market in Romania, has acquired a 21,165 sqm land on the shores of Lake Tei in Bucharest, from a company within Țiriac Group. The value of the transaction amounts to EUR 15 million. A town planning certificate has already been issued for that land for construction.
